We started in Taiwan as a shoes manufacturer in the ‘90s. In 2007, we formally begun in-house personnel training and development programs to prepare for overseas expansions. Three years later, in 2010, we founded Kamioka K.K. in Japan, and produced our very own lines of shoes branded under 神匠 (Shinsho) / Ingenuity.
For production efficiency purposes, we relocated our production site from Taiwan to China and eventually to Laos in the middle of 2011. As a result of this strategic move, our OEM mass production system for the Japanese market was launched by the end of 2011.
